How it Works
If a homeowner is interested in a pre-sale renovation, the listing agent gathers and shares basic information about the home with Turnkey Concierge.
Based on the walkthrough and discussions, Turnkey Concierge presents a detailed estimate to the homeowner, outlining all costs involved and the potential additional profit.
Throughout the renovation process, the listing agent serves as the primary point of contact, sending regular updates to the homeowner to keep them informed of the project's progress.
Upon the close of escrow, Turnkey Concierge gets reimbursed for the renovation costs through escrow, and the homeowner receives all net profits from the sale.
A Turnkey Concierge representative, along with the agent and homeowner, conducts a walkthrough of the property to assess its condition and discuss the potential scope of work.
If the homeowner decides to proceed with the renovation, a contract is signed, and the renovation start date is determined, usually within 5 days.
Once the renovations are completed, the house is staged, placed on the market and professsionally marketed to attract the greatest amount of potential buyers possible.
This Collaborative Approach Guarantees Client Satisfaction and Financial Gains for Everyone Involved.
