Hi, my name is Till and I am originally from Heidelberg, Germany. After graduating high school I moved to Amsterdam to study physical therapy, and in 2017 I did a 6-month internship in Mill Valley. Right away I fell in love with California, but the first time I came down to San Diego I knew this was my place.
So about 6 years ago I said goodbye to my family, friends and live in Germany and moved to CaIifornia to pursue my American Dream.
I had been working as a personal trainer and health coach for over a decade, before I decided it was time for something new and got into real estate where I found a group of amazing people and my new passion.

Why I started Turnkey Concierge
While working on acquisitions for fix-and-flip projects, I saw a recurring problem: deals often fell apart because homeowners wanted higher offers, while investors couldn’t meet those numbers. This gap left homeowners frustrated and undervalued, and that’s when the idea for Turnkey Concierge was born.
